Refund Policy

We provide a user-friendly refund mechanism for OTP activations and rentals to protect you when a number fails or no SMS arrives.

OTP Activation Refunds

  • If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, request cancellation and full refund from the activation detail page.
  • If the number pool is blocked by the target service, submit a screenshot or error message; we will verify and credit your balance.
  • Refunds are denied—and accounts may be suspended—for prohibited use (e.g., phishing, fraud).

Long-term Rental Refunds

  • Full refund available within 24 hours before rental start; no refund after use begins.
  • For prolonged SMS issues, submit a support ticket for partial credit or term extension.

Refund Process

  • Refunded amounts return to your balance for future use.
  • Original payment refunds require proof of payment and take 5–7 business days.
  • Refund logs and audit trails are retained for transparency.
