Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DogeSMS collects, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and what rights users have over account and activity data.

Updated: March 8, 2026

Information we collect

  • Account data may include email address, hashed password, locale, referral information, and internal account status needed to operate the service.
  • Operational data may include activation requests, rental records, delivery status, supplier routing metadata, IP address, device signals, and API logs used for stability and abuse review.
  • Payment data is limited to transaction identifiers, settlement metadata, and fraud review signals returned by payment providers; DogeSMS does not store full card numbers or private crypto keys.

How we use data

  • Data is processed to deliver SMS related services, manage balances, troubleshoot orders, provide support, and secure the platform.
  • We use logs and operational metrics to detect abuse, improve routing quality, measure supplier performance, and enforce product restrictions.
  • Aggregated or de-identified service metrics may be used internally for capacity planning, analytics, and commercial reporting.

When data may be shared

  • Necessary operational details may be shared with upstream suppliers and infrastructure vendors when required to fulfill an order or investigate a delivery issue.
  • Information may be disclosed to payment processors, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where required by contract, law, fraud review, or compliance obligations.
  • DogeSMS does not sell personal data or rent customer lists for third-party marketing.

Retention periods

  • Account, order, and billing records are retained only for as long as needed for service delivery, bookkeeping, dispute handling, tax, and legal compliance.
  • SMS content and related routing data may be retained for a shorter operational window than billing records, subject to abuse monitoring and supplier requirements.
  • Where deletion is requested, we remove or anonymize eligible data after verifying the request, except where retention is required for security, finance, or legal obligations.

Security controls

  • DogeSMS applies layered access controls, credential hashing, environment isolation, logging, and review procedures to reduce unauthorized access risk.
  • Sensitive operational fields are restricted to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate need to know, and administrative actions may be logged for audit purposes.
  • No system is completely risk free; users should also protect their devices, email inboxes, API credentials, and downstream accounts.

User rights and requests

  • Users may request account access, correction, deletion, or clarification of stored records by contacting support from the verified account email address.
  • We may ask for additional verification before fulfilling a privacy request to protect against unauthorized disclosure or deletion.
  • Requests are evaluated under applicable law, platform security needs, unresolved disputes, and financial or compliance retention duties.

For privacy, deletion, or data processing questions, contact support@dogesms.com from your account email. We review verified requests as quickly as practical.
