Terms of Service
These terms govern account eligibility, acceptable use, billing, suspension, and platform responsibility for DogeSMS services.
Updated: May 18, 2026
Service scope
- DogeSMS provides OTP activations, long-term rentals, API access, and related support services for legitimate business and operational use.
- Users are responsible for confirming that their target platform, jurisdiction, and use case permit virtual number based verification.
- Availability, pricing, delivery speed, and number pools may change without prior notice based on supplier inventory and risk controls.
Account eligibility and security
- Registration requires a valid email address and accurate account information. Shared, sold, or delegated account access is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
- Users must keep credentials, API keys, and recovery methods secure. Activity performed with your account or keys is treated as your responsibility until reported as compromised.
- DogeSMS may request additional verification, suspend withdrawals of features, or require ownership confirmation when unusual access or abuse signals are detected.
Billing and service charges
- Platform charges are deducted from your account balance or from the payment flow presented at checkout. Prices displayed at order time control the transaction.
- Unused balance is non-withdrawable unless local law requires otherwise or DogeSMS separately approves a manual exception.
- Orders may be partially or fully refunded only under the refund policy, supplier failure rules, or documented service errors verified by platform logs.
Delivery standard, user environment, and risk control
- Successful delivery standard: DogeSMS charges strictly based on the successful acquisition and display of the SMS verification code in the user dashboard. Once the code is delivered to the dashboard, the service is deemed fully fulfilled, regardless of how the target third-party platform subsequently treats the registration.
- User network and environment requirement: Modern digital platforms and third-party services enforce strict anti-fraud and risk-control mechanisms. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their registration environment — including but not limited to IP addresses, VPN nodes, device fingerprints, browser fingerprints, behavioral patterns, and registration frequency — is clean, stable, and compliant with the target platform’s policies.
- Disclaimer on third-party security triggers: If a user’s environment causes a third-party application to invoke its own automated risk control — resulting in security challenges, immediate account restrictions, forced 2FA prompts, soft bans, or unexpected verification screens — these are platform-level security actions taken by that third party and do not constitute a technical failure of DogeSMS’s SMS delivery service.
- Non-refundable for environment-based outcomes: DogeSMS does not issue refunds or credits for transactions where the SMS was successfully delivered to the user dashboard but the user’s downstream access is restricted, challenged, banned, or otherwise penalized by environment-based risk controls imposed by the target service provider. Refund eligibility for genuine delivery failures continues to be governed by the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Phishing, fraud, spam, social engineering, account takeover, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and other illegal or abusive behavior are prohibited.
- Use involving banks, payment processors, wallets, lending platforms, or other high-risk regulated services may be blocked automatically or reviewed manually.
- Traffic patterns showing abnormal failure rates, repeated cancellations, scripted abuse, or attempts to bypass risk controls may trigger immediate restrictions.
- Users must not reverse engineer supplier routing, scrape platform data, or misuse shared inventory in ways that degrade service for other customers.
Referral program
- Referrers earn USDT commission on a referee’s first successful top-up, at the commission rate configured on the platform (default 6%). Only the first paid top-up is rewarded; subsequent top-ups do not generate additional commission under the MVP rules.
- Commission is calculated from the net amount credited to the referee’s account, using integer basis-points arithmetic to avoid floating-point drift.
- New commission is held in a locked state for a cool-down period (default 7 days) after the referee’s first payment. During the lock, the commission cannot be withdrawn or converted to balance. This window protects against refund abuse.
- If the referee refunds the top-up that generated the commission, DogeSMS will reverse the commission automatically: for locked commission it is marked as clawed back; for available/withdrawn/converted commission a negative offsetting entry is recorded in the same bucket.
- Once unlocked, commission can be withdrawn to a verified USDT (TRC20) wallet (subject to a minimum payout threshold) or converted 1:1 into your DogeSMS account balance when the feature is enabled.
- A wallet change requires an email verification code. For security, each change request allows a limited number of code attempts, and we rate-limit repeated change requests per user. Newly changed wallets are subject to a cooldown before the next withdrawal.
- Referral codes may be customized once. Previously generated codes remain valid as aliases so existing share links keep attributing correctly.
- Self-referral is not rewarded. Attribution windows, minimum payouts, commission rates, and lock periods are operational parameters and may be updated. Abusive patterns (fake accounts, circular referrals, refund loops, or coordinated farming) will result in forfeiture of pending commission, reversal of paid commission, and possible account suspension.
- DogeSMS may adjust, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time when required for compliance, fraud control, or product changes. Ongoing commission that has already been earned and released will continue to be honored under the rules in effect at the time it was earned.
Suspension and enforcement
- DogeSMS may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when abuse, non-payment, compliance concerns, supplier restrictions, or legal obligations require intervention.
- Where appropriate, we may request screenshots, order IDs, payment proof, or traffic explanations before restoring service or processing a disputed request.
- Severe or repeated violations can result in permanent account closure, refusal of service, and preservation of logs for internal review or lawful disclosure.
Liability and dispute handling
- DogeSMS is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, or success with any specific third-party platform.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, DogeSMS is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, downstream account bans, or business interruption caused by supplier or third-party platform decisions.
- Operational or billing disputes should be raised with account email, order identifiers, and supporting evidence. We review policy and enforcement disputes in good faith within a reasonable time.
For contract, compliance, or enforcement questions, contact support@dogesms.com. We review policy inquiries within 2 business days.
