The number is already registered or additional verification is required after phone verification
Only orders that successfully received a verification code and completed within 24 hours can enter this self-service flow. If the service says the number has already been used, or requires an inaccessible email, 2FA password, PIN, cloud password or recovery code after the SMS code succeeds, use the “Request refund” button below, select the affected order and provide:
- The order ID and corresponding phone number.
- Complete registration-flow screenshots from inside the target service app, showing the phone number, registration time, received verification code, and the number-in-use or additional-verification requirement. Websites and platform order pages are not registration evidence.
If the account has a linked email, also provide the email-change date. When the evidence is spread across several pages, record one continuous video showing every page. Telegram 2FA refund requests require video evidence that clearly captures the 2FA prompt.
Refund limits: no more than three similar refunds per country and carrier per day; numbers purchased through the API are not refundable; after approval, the order charge is returned to the account balance when the order ends.
For Telegram, first try the latest official client, a US proxy route, and a full app restart. iOS users can try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi; Android users can try Telegram X. Telegram registration is not supported in the desktop web client.
SMS delivery is closely related to the IP environment. Use a US proxy or VPN and try another device if necessary. If registration still fails, submit a refund request.
