The code was delivered, but the target service restricted or blocked the account

Successful SMS delivery means the code appeared in the order. It does not guarantee that the target service will accept registration or keep the resulting account active.

A target service may apply additional verification, restrictions, or blocks based on device state, IP address, network stability, request frequency, existing account history, or its own policies. Follow its rules and use a stable, consistent device and network environment.

An order with a successfully delivered code is generally not refundable. If the SMS content or order record itself appears incorrect, send support the order ID, time, and a complete screenshot for review.
