Content & SEO Lead
About the role
Our content thesis is unfashionable in 2026: write deeply technical, accurate, English-first long-form that the people building OTP and verification infrastructure actually want to read. The bar is "would this rank on Hacker News" rather than "is this 1500 words." This radar role exists for when we bring on a content lead who can sustain that bar across blog, docs, and the programmatic SEO surface — partnering with engineering to ensure technical accuracy and partnering with the AI agent team on agent-assisted draft pipelines.
What you'll do
- Own the editorial roadmap across blog, documentation, and programmatic SEO landing copy.
- Run the keyword strategy: technical long-tail in our category, country / service / use-case combinations, competitor gap analysis.
- Build and maintain the AI-assisted draft pipeline — set the guardrails for where agent-generated content is shippable and where human-only editing is required.
What we expect
- 5+ years in technical content at a developer-focused SaaS — examples of pieces you wrote, not just headcount you managed.
- Working knowledge of modern SEO mechanics, including E-E-A-T signals, structured data, and the practical impact of LLM-driven search (SGE / AI Overviews).
- Comfort coordinating AI-assisted drafting workflows — you have used agents for technical writing in production, not just experimentally.
Compensation
On the radar. Compensation is calibrated to local cost of living when we open this role — we publish bands when we begin interviewing, not before. USD-denominated regardless of jurisdiction, contractor or employment depending on your legal situation.
Hiring process
- Not actively interviewing right now — this role sits on our 12-month hiring roadmap rather than today's pipeline.
- Submit the talent pool form below; we reach out when we begin interviews, typically 4-8 weeks before a public hire.
- When the role opens, expect a process similar to our current active openings: a short async exercise, 1-2 conversations with the relevant team, and a scoped paid trial project. We do not run leetcode-style screens.
