Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

As enterprise contracts grow into the six-figure ARR range, we expect to bring on dedicated customer success managers who own the post-sale relationship for named accounts: onboarding, integration support, quarterly business reviews, renewal economics. This is a strategic role for someone who treats customer success as account-management strategy rather than a support escalation desk.

What you'll do

  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts ($50k+ ARR), from technical onboarding through renewal.
  • Run quarterly business reviews with customer technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering on customer-driven roadmap input, and with solutions engineering on integration troubleshooting.

What we expect

  • 5+ years as a CSM at a B2B SaaS company with technical buyers (developer tooling, infrastructure, fintech).
  • Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue post-sale — examples of net retention numbers you have owned.
  • Strong written English and the ability to operate across timezones with enterprise customers globally.

On the radar. Compensation is calibrated to local cost of living when we open this role — we publish bands when we begin interviewing, not before. USD-denominated regardless of jurisdiction, contractor or employment depending on your legal situation.
