Social Media & Creative Lead
About the role
Most B2B infrastructure companies have terrible social media. We don't want to be terrible. This radar role exists for when we bring on a creative lead who builds DogeSMS's voice across X / LinkedIn / YouTube / TikTok — leaning into the global, distributed-team, agents-as-teammates story rather than the typical SaaS template. The brief is editorial-quality content production, not "scheduling tweets."
What you'll do
- Build and run the social editorial calendar across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging short-form video platforms.
- Produce or commission high-quality creative — visuals, motion, video — that matches our content quality bar.
- Coordinate a fleet of AI agent + human collaboration workflows for content repurposing across formats and languages.
What we expect
- 4+ years leading social or brand at a developer-facing or technical B2B company.
- Portfolio of campaigns or accounts you have run — actual examples, not "increased engagement 200%" abstracts.
- Comfort directing creative agencies, freelance designers, and AI-assisted content workflows in parallel.
Compensation
On the radar. Compensation is calibrated to local cost of living when we open this role — we publish bands when we begin interviewing, not before. USD-denominated regardless of jurisdiction, contractor or employment depending on your legal situation.
