Channel Partnerships Manager (ISV / Reseller)
About the role
Beyond direct enterprise accounts, DogeSMS sees consistent inbound from two channel patterns: ISVs (identity platforms, KYC tools, headless authentication SaaS) who want to embed OTP-as-a-feature inside their own product, and regional resellers in markets where local-language sales / billing / compliance handling is the actual unlock. This radar role exists for a dedicated channel manager who builds and operates both programs — including the technical work of designing the reseller / ISV API surface (sub-accounts, white-label billing, scoped credentials), not just signing partner agreements.
What you'll do
- Build the ISV partner program: technical embedding patterns (white-label sub-accounts, scoped API keys, branded webhooks), commercial structure (revenue share vs flat margin vs co-sell), partner onboarding and certification.
- Run regional reseller relationships in markets where local presence is the unlock — LatAm, MENA, SEA, CIS. Partner with carrier ops on the supply side and compliance on the regulatory side.
- Operate the partner-portal surface (registration, deal-reg, commission tracking, technical integration docs) alongside DX and DevRel.
What we expect
- 5+ years in channel partnerships, ISV alliances, or reseller management at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company. Examples of partner programs you have built or scaled, not just managed in maintenance mode.
- Strong technical fluency — you can specify white-label API requirements, sit in technical integration calls, and review proposed integrations for commercial coherence.
- Comfort operating across cultures and timezones; ideally fluent in at least one second language relevant to a target reseller region (Spanish / Portuguese / Arabic / Mandarin / Russian).
Compensation
On the radar. Compensation is calibrated to local cost of living when we open this role — we publish bands when we begin interviewing, not before. USD-denominated regardless of jurisdiction, contractor or employment depending on your legal situation.
Hiring process
- Not actively interviewing right now — this role sits on our 12-month hiring roadmap rather than today's pipeline.
- Submit the talent pool form below; we reach out when we begin interviews, typically 4-8 weeks before a public hire.
- When the role opens, expect a process similar to our current active openings: a short async exercise, 1-2 conversations with the relevant team, and a scoped paid trial project. We do not run leetcode-style screens.
