We run a small set of 3 active openings at any moment — each tied to a specific city and a real start date. Alongside that we keep 38 roles on the radar: roles we expect to open in the next 12 months, where we want to talk to candidates early so we move fast when we're ready.

Active roles have published salary bands and a defined process. Radar roles do not — submit the talent pool form for any of them and we'll reach out when interviews open, typically 4-8 weeks before the public hire.
