Enterprise Partnerships Lead

About the role

As DogeSMS moves up-market, the right counterpart to direct-carrier sourcing on the supply side is direct-enterprise partnership on the demand side. We expect to bring on a senior partnerships lead who runs the long-cycle relationships with mid-to-large fintech, exchange, neobank, and on-demand platform accounts — design partners on roadmap, multi-million-message annual commitments, joint engineering work on integration hardening. This is intentionally not a quota-carrying outbound seat; it is account ownership for a small portfolio of strategically important counterparties. We open this role when we have ~5 named accounts ready to formalize design-partner agreements.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of 5-10 strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end: discovery, technical scoping with solutions engineering, commercial negotiation, design-partner agreement, ongoing executive relationship.
  • Run joint roadmap conversations: turn customer commitments into specific deliverables on our side, partner with engineering on scoped feature work that earns its commercial weight.
  • Manage commercial agreements for high-volume contracts ($100k+ ARR), including custom SLA negotiation, indemnity / DPA / compliance riders, multi-year structures with volume-based pricing tiers.

What we expect

  • 7+ years in enterprise partnerships, strategic accounts, or BD at a developer-facing infrastructure company (Twilio, Vercel, Snowflake, MongoDB, equivalent). Named accounts you have personally closed and grown.
  • Comfort operating across both commercial and technical conversations — you can read an API spec, sit in an architecture review, and translate between customer engineering and customer procurement without losing either.
  • Track record in fintech, crypto exchange, neobank, or on-demand-platform verticals specifically — these are the buyers who care about OTP and verification primitives at the scale we serve.
  • Based in Dubai or Singapore for follow-the-sun coverage of META + APAC enterprise accounts.

On the radar. Compensation is calibrated to local cost of living when we open this role — we publish bands when we begin interviewing, not before. USD-denominated regardless of jurisdiction, contractor or employment depending on your legal situation.
