Solutions Engineer
About the role
Pre-sale technical conversations at the enterprise tier are about integration shape: how does DogeSMS's API fit into the customer's existing authentication stack, what's the rollout migration story, what compliance evidence do we provide. This radar role exists for a dedicated solutions engineer who runs those conversations — discovery calls, integration design, proof-of-concept implementations.
What you'll do
- Run technical discovery and integration design conversations with enterprise prospects alongside the sales team.
- Build proof-of-concept integrations against customer staging environments to demonstrate API fit.
- Maintain the technical documentation and code samples that support enterprise integration patterns.
What we expect
- 4+ years as a solutions engineer or sales engineer at a developer-facing SaaS.
- Strong hands-on coding ability in at least two of: Python, TypeScript, Go, Java — you write demo integrations live.
- Comfort presenting to mixed audiences (CTO + VP Engineering + procurement) in the same call.
Compensation
On the radar. Compensation is calibrated to local cost of living when we open this role — we publish bands when we begin interviewing, not before. USD-denominated regardless of jurisdiction, contractor or employment depending on your legal situation.
